Bonded fillers compete every block. Highest surplus wins.

Anyone who bonds $DOME can run a solver — a desk, a searcher, or a Circle Agent Wallet. Every Arc block the dome scores feasible fills. Highest surplus, net of gas, wins.

Score

π_v is the solver’s 30% of surplus. Latency is measured to the block. A fill that reverts is not a score of zero — it is a slash.

Inventory

CoW fills need no inventory. Residual fills do. A solver may warehouse tokens, or hop an on-chain venue, as long as the signed min-out still holds and the bond covers notional.
